My name is Pat and Hoelz Fitness and Strength is my company.  I provide fitness and strength training to those that are seeking better health and athletic performance through optimized nutrition and strength training programs. The main areas of focus are fitness,Strength and Well-Being. I place a tremendous amount of focus in my training program on Education, Mental Toughness, and Correct Posture so clients can empower themselves to experience exponential growth and fulfillment. In the training programs, clients and I work together to discover what their desired goals are, and then I cultivate a personalized plan to train with during our sessions.

I personally know the benefits cultivating the right training program, educating myself, and having a personal trainer to maximize my results. It assisted me in achieving fitness levels and strength in my life; that is why I decided to provide training and coaching services to clients that are seeking the same for themselves.

In the 3 days a week training program the focus is to get more strategic results with the conjugate method, where we train different types of strength. This method results in overall strength balance and rapid strength increases.

ABOUT PAT

Pat Hoelz is a personal trainer who designs custom training programs for his clients to assist them in building strength, fitness and a positive mindset to accomplish amazing results. Pat has worked with many clients over the past 15 years to help them achieve their results for fitness and strength. Pat works with men and woman, athletes and high school aged kids looking to make it to the next level of athletic sports. Backed with his massive knowledge in fitness, nutritional expertise and his own personal fitness journey, he is able to convey the right methods and design personally designed training programs for his clients specific needs. Pat is certified through; Underground Strength Coaching and Dolce Diet Coaching. Pat also holds a B.A. in Sports and Recreation Management.
